Creating products based on user information

"The heavy lifting through the mess" describes the activity of user researchers in a design process.
The further development of the industry is possible by putting people as users in the center of the product. Companies that engage intensively with their users at the beginning of their product development can stand out very strongly from competing products, as the user research process leads to a more sustainable consumer acceptance among users.
As our bachelor thesis, we developed "Sense" a digital application that allows researchers to digitally apply and collaborate on their existing working methods.
Our tool offers research teams the possibility to work collaboratively to support the evaluation of collected information within the research. It accompanies both the data collection and the later analysis and synthesis of the collected information.
